ABOUT ME
Hi, I'm Frederikke
a body therapist, educated at Totum School of Body Therapy in Denmark, and I offer body therapy for women.
My journey into body therapy began with a curiosity about myself. I've always been someone who enjoys analysing, planning, and finding solutions through thinking. But over time, I realised that the mind doesn't always have all the answers. The body has its own wisdom too.
Body therapy became a place where I learned to listen in a different way—not to become someone else, but to better understand myself. That experience has shaped the way I meet the women who come to my clinic today.
At Embodied, my wish is to create a safe and welcoming space where you can slow down, reconnect with your body, and simply be as you are. You don't need to have everything figured out or know what to expect. Together, we'll begin with where you are and listen to what your body has to say.
I live in Copenhagen with my Argentine husband and our two children, and I offer treatments in Danish, English, and Spanish.
I look forward to welcoming you.

WHAT IS
BODY THERAPY?

The body and mind are deeply connected. When we experience prolonged stress, carry a lot of responsibility, or go through difficult periods in life, it can show up in the body as tension, restlessness, fatigue, or a feeling of being disconnected from ourselves.
Body therapy is a gentle, holistic approach that works with the body through touch, movement, breath, and mindful presence. The goal isn't to "fix" you, but to create a space where you can reconnect with yourself and become more aware of your body's signals.
During a session, we work with whatever is present in the moment—at your pace and with respect for your boundaries. Some people leave feeling calmer, lighter, and more connected to their bodies, while others gain new insights into patterns or tensions they have been carrying for a long time.
Body therapy can offer support if you're longing for greater balance, less stress, and a deeper connection with yourself.
